Shipping

International shipping is now available and charges will be displayed upon checkout based on parcel weight.

Domestic shipping is available for Singapore residents and local shipping charges will be displayed upon checkout.

 

Delivery will take approximately 3-5 days from dispatch to arrival.

Returns

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not provide returns and refund if you simply changed your mind. However, if you have received a defective product, please get in touch with us via the contact form and we will arrange for the necessary steps for the return.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
